I made a reservation for a car on July 8th for my trip September 17-22. I got the confirmation email and THOUGHT everything was just fine. However, when we went to pick up the car the gentleman said he had no cars for us and called other locations and they also didn’t have any cars. He never called to let us know there would be no car available for us. All he said was I’m going to have to cancel the reservation because we close at 12 as if I didn’t need a car for my trip. Luckily I was able to call Avis in Springfield and they thankfully were able to give me a car. Never coming here again. ~Jessmarie

I had a Great experience at this place has it all. The service was very personalized which makes you feel welcome. I needed to buy a new phone and i ended getting 2 phones and a smart whatch.. Nick was very accommodating, he got great deals, and have detailed knowledge of the product, i asked a lot of question and he was very patient. Overall store is spotless clean, great deals, it is located in a very convenient location, service is exceptional, and there is plenty of parking. I will keep coming here in the future. ~Pierina

The original delivery was about 2 weeks late and I was given 1 days notice. I was in Germany at the time so there was no way to accept the furniture set. My furniture was then taken to Florida, and sat there for about 6 weeks. After calling them nonstop, I was told that the shipment would arrive within a two day period. I cleared my schedule and on the day of they call me saying to expect a weekend delivery at 8 pm... The customer service was absolutely useless, there was no sense of them trying to work with me. Very frustrating ~Jesse
