I paid over 3k for a bedroom set that included free assembly from Sadko Trans. When the bed was initially assembled, I noticed that it was a little squeaky. The assembler told us the squeaks would stop after the bed settled in a few weeks. A couple days later, an entire leg from the bed frame fell off. When we lifted the mattress to see what was going on, we saw that several legs on the frame weren’t touching the floor. The legs were also very wiggly and some of the screws were missing. I reported the situation and asked if someone could come out and correctly install our bed. I just had a new born baby and the bed was causing extreme back pain. But Sadko took no responsibility. I sent them pictures and they actually stated the legs weren’t touching the floor because the floors in my house weren’t even lol. The company that I bought the bed from then recommended me to buy another bed frame and box springs after I already paid thousands for the bed set that should have been correctly assembled. Because I could not get the issue resolved, we did end up paying more money for the box spring and adjustable bed frame. And when we had that assembled, it was discovered that the assemblers from Sadko actually installed the metal bed frame with none of the legs touching the floor. And then they put another wooden bed frame on top of the metal bed frame? Their service was awful and it was absolutely ridiculous how they handled their customers.

The original delivery was about 2 weeks late and I was given 1 days notice. I was in Germany at the time so there was no way to accept the furniture set. My furniture was then taken to Florida, and sat there for about 6 weeks. After calling them nonstop, I was told that the shipment would arrive within a two day period. I cleared my schedule and on the day of they call me saying to expect a weekend delivery at 8 pm... The customer service was absolutely useless, there was no sense of them trying to work with me. Very frustrating

I'm doing business with this company for the last three years. They are amazing! From customer service to delivery personal. What is more important is personal approach to every delivery. I moved from NYC to FL and picked Sadko. Everything they promised was accurate. They picked up on time (movers were extremely nice) and updated me on the delivery date. I was very nervous picking a moving company and happy I picked Sadko. Michael the manager was helpful and always answered the phone regarding any question or concern. Bottom line - I really recommend them for your moving services.

Very professional and good price for movers. The guys showed up early and worked for 8 hours straight with one 10 minute break in between from carrying furniture up the stairs. Great staff, and overall company! Hired them to move twice now, and will definitely hire them again the next time around! Do yourself a favor and check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

They stuck to their price 100% took extra items & loaded my mini van. They were so nice and polite! No charge for tape or wrapping mirrors like the other companies. They worked quickly yet not in a sloppy hurry. Excellent communication. I can't say enough good about Andre and his crew!

Great experience with this transporter. Very good communication from beginning of process through delivery. They were very friendly and courteous, and came right to my home to pick up the items. My furniture was wrapped and loaded carefully. I wasn't worried about it at all.

WARNING: BAD SERVICE! WORST MOVING COMPANY!! I would never ever hire these guys again, only reason I didn't go with another company is due to date of availability. Price is great, George is quick to respond. The movers were (well one guy) was awful, he was rude, and made me feel very very uncomfortable, and as a single female....I felt so uncomfortable around him alone that I called a male friend to keep an eye out. The movers never once smiled, ruined my furniture, and took forever! They moved one box (or one item ei lamp) at a time....painful to watch!! I moved the stuff 10x faster by myself!! George could care less, there was no compensation for my ruined items. Next time, I'll skip these guys...wouldn't give them a dime to move a feather. Stay Away, go with the other guys for your move this should be stress free!
