It's permanentely closed. I booked a Car withdraw in this place. I was surprised when i got there and saw realtor signs leasing The place. Nobody from Hertz warned me. I had to go to The nearest agency to solve The problem and have a Car. It was a great headache. Don't go here.

I rented a car online at this location but Hertz didn’t bother to tell me they had closed it down. When I called the numbers on the sign I got automated representatives that did not respond to the inputs I was being asked to select on my phone. We eventually worked something out but this snafu put us behind time while on vacation. On the website the phone number to call was out of service

My second experience with this location was terrible. I had made reservations 2 weeks before my trip. I got there and I was told, I was not in the system. The manager had made the reservation over the phone for me and then he tells me, It could not be him. Same person, same voice, same name. He wanted me to rent on the spot and try to charge me from $300 to almost $1000. I left there without a car and decided to drive my own car. The problem here is, a company cannot afford to make these kinds of mistakes, play with peoples time and expect customers to stay quiet. I would never rent from this location again.

I had a great experience with this company. I needed a vehicle for a day and found them conveniently located in my area. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews on here, but everything went smoothly. The customer service was great and the vehicle was as advertised and available at the promised time. I will book again!

No vehicles at this spot and a bad experience. I had reserved a full size online for 8am pickup but when I reached the location they said they don't have any full-size and they expect one full size car to be returned at 9:30am and I should come back at that time. At 9:30am when I called in they said they never said 9:30 and instead it's gonna be after 10am and plus they might take time to clean and sanitize it since there is only one person in the location. The guy also just hung up my phone without letting me speak at all. At 10am when I called in, he said the car is not yet in. Finally out of frustration I had to reserve my car from enterprise (5 blocks away) at 11:30am because we couldn't wait longer than that.

I was very satisfied with the staff they was very calm to me when i tried to make changes of my car to a bigger one. The place their is also very nice I would recommend this location.

Very nice and super friendly customer service lady, but the line was super long and took about an hour to pick up my ride. Well l, I guess they were short of stuff on this day because of covid.

This place is not good at all, they have a small selection of cars. And they're service is not so good either. It's taken these people over 3 months to send an invoice to the insurance company for me to get reimbursed. And no one there has the fortitude to help. If you can go to another rental place, do yourself the favor. Lucky you got 1 start.

STAY AWAY!!!! After having booked an SUV online the day before, I walked about 2 miles to this location then waited 20 minutes before someone even looked at me, only to then be told they had no SUV's at all but could give me a small compact sedan. I booked an SUV because I actually needed an SUV! Then they told me it would take 2 hours for them to get one for me which caused me to miss my meeting and be stuck in the rain without a car. The guy was rude and didn't not seem to care about my inconvenience or the fact that because of them I lost a ton of money by missing that meeting. Do NOT use them!!! I would give a nevative review if I could

Grace is the best! I needed a car for last minute trip and Grace was more than accommodating she was EXCELLENT! She made sure that she locked in the best rate since I am a AAA member and even though the car I reserved wasnt available, she did offer a reasonable upgrade and even dropped me off home when I returned. Shes more than just a Hertz manager but a knowledgeable friend!
