Best post office in Kearny, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

This is the third time w/in a one year period that packages we have sent haven't been scanned upon arrival at Kearny & not delivered. It has been 11 days and counting. I had an 'Inquiry" form generated by someone in customer service 3 days ago. I'm supposed to hear back from them by today... we shall see. Either way, this facility requires inquiry & workplace improvements! If I could give it zero stars I would, but I didn't because I have to believe that some of the staff show up & do their jobs. ~Rena
