Best auto repair shop in Mahwah, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

Good car wash can’t complain about anything. Prior to entering they do a pre spray and scrub. I get the $15 works wash which gets the extra bells and whistles with the undercarriage done. Guy at the end wipes off excess water. ~James

I don’t normally go back and give good reviews when a business does a good job but these guys deserve my time to do that . I had to get an inspection on an old truck and it had an incomplete “catalyst” and “evaporator” code. Which wouldn’t have allowed it to pas inspection They told me what to do (drive a certain way and a certain amount of time and a certain speed etc) and it cleared the code enough to pass inspection. Really quality customer service and professionalism. Great place, very clean and welcoming waiting area. I would highly recommend them. . ~Thomas

I had my vintage 1993 GMC TYPHOON serviced today for the first time at BUICK GMC of Mahwah and enjoyed the experience. Luis, the service representative was friendly and receptive when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. He listened carefully to my concerns about the truck, and successfully completed everything that I requested. Tom, the auto mechanic was informative and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle. I have to say that I have never been able to speak first hand to any dealership mechanic in all the years I have owned cars and trucks. This to me was a unique experience which I greatly appreciated. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I had the pleasure of speaking with salesmen Hugh and Patrick. All of the employees that I met were terrific. Thank you for making my first time experience with your dealership an excellent one. I will absolutely be back!!! ~Robert
