I recently purchased a GMC Sierra, Patrick H was my salesman. I was dreading looking for a new truck but Pat and his knowledge and patience was a huge help. He put my mind at ease and walked me through the process, he lead me through multiple avenues regarding the car and financing and made me feel comfortable as he broke down the process step by step. You’ll be hard pressed to find someone with the same knowledge and attention to detail that pat had with me. The next time im in need of a car, I’ll most definitely be stopping at Buick/GMC first.

I had my vintage 1993 GMC TYPHOON serviced today for the first time at BUICK GMC of Mahwah and enjoyed the experience. Luis, the service representative was friendly and receptive when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. He listened carefully to my concerns about the truck, and successfully completed everything that I requested. Tom, the auto mechanic was informative and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle. I have to say that I have never been able to speak first hand to any dealership mechanic in all the years I have owned cars and trucks. This to me was a unique experience which I greatly appreciated. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I had the pleasure of speaking with salesmen Hugh and Patrick. All of the employees that I met were terrific. Thank you for making my first time experience with your dealership an excellent one. I will absolutely be back!!!

Avoid this place at all costs. The people that work there are unprofessional and like to lie to their customers. They sold me an unsafe vehicle. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Update- The service manager reached out to me after the salesperson told me I was on my own and told me that he would work with me to make things right. Even though this shouldn't of happened in the first place, it is good to know that they want to make it right.

Patrick (salesperson) was very responsive and friendly. I did not feel like I was being pushed into buying a car from him. He was very understanding and helpful. Overall the experience I got from the Mahwah Buick GMC dealership was very positive. I highly recommend it

They had a 2019 GMC Yukon advertised on the website. I emailed interest and they called me 15 minutes later. I asked if the car was still available because we have to drive 1.5 hours to get there. After a quick check she said yes, vehicle available. We drove later the same day and car was there for us to text. Had bald tires except one in the rear was new. Salesman said he could knock off $1000 from "reconditioning" charge. I asked what that charge was, and he explained it's $2995 for them to fix things when they take it in, and not part of the advertised price. So you need to add $2995 to any advertised price I guess. Feel stupid I made the drive.

I highly recommend Buick/GMC of Mahwah to everyone I know. Their service department is always fast friendly and they do not push unnecessary repairs on you. They explain everything that needs to be done and give you options. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and I appreciate that as I have found most other dealerships I have gone to are not. I was please with the ability to come in to take advantage of an offer sent to me through the mail for a free oil change and car wash if I came in for an engine air filter change. I was told that the service would take about an hour and a half. I was able to work while waiting. So, that wasn’t too bad. It took closer to 2 and a half hours, but that wasn’t too bad. Not great but not too bad. If the service was good, I didn’t mind. When I had my car returned to me, it was obvious that the outside of the car got a basic wash and my dash was wiped but the car was very dirty. Nothing was vacuumed, the seats weren’t touched, the floor mats were still filthy. If I am going to be enticed in for service and drive the extra distance to come to your dealership, it would have been nice if a little effort was put in to deliver the service promised. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change, Auto interior vacuuming

I had Patrick as my salesperson. He was very thorough and identified with me as the end result. Didn’t try to “sell” me the car ever. I bought a 2022 Acadia Denali and am happy with his help. Would recommend him again!
