Could not have been easier. Cars described accurately, including VIN and CarFax info. A bit more money than a local private sale, but Carvana guarantees and warranty add value. Financing took about a minute to complete. Car was delivered on a flatbed to my door. Fully detailed. 7-day return for any (or no) reason allows time for a few test drives and a mechanic to check it out. So, I’m pretty happy with Carvana and the car: 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK 350. Looks and rides like new.

When I received my car I did not receive my temporary registration, my positive battery cable was corroded so bad it cover majority of the cable and the cable had been taped together, that being said i could not start my car, my front left tire and front right tires tread was worn. I need two front tires. The only thing stated in the paperwork is that the tread on the front tires were going to be low.

I really like the vehicle, but I don’t like that I have to wait for them to register the vehicle. It would be an easier process if they just gave me the title. I would of had registration completed by now.

Great experience, everything was exactly as expected. The delivered vehicle was in the condition as described, delivery process was very smooth as was pickup of the trade in. Delivery was a little later than the appointment time but I received a txt in advance advising of the delay. The delivery driver was excellent and very friendly.

Great process of purchasing a vehicle. Smooth and quick. Only issue I have is the wait for the registration to get inspection stickers. Still I would reccomend to anyone!!!

Awesomeness to a extent!! It was so hassle free to buy a car from Carvana. I booked it paid the down online, signed the documents online and car was ready to be delivered in 2 days. We can also schedule a delivery date to our convenience. Plus a return policy of 7 days i.e. try car for 7 days of not satisfied you can return it, they will pick it up from your doorstep. I kept my car. It smelled like new car it works like new car. Bought a Toyota Corolla LE Eco 2014. The car had only one key and when I asked to reduce the price as it had only one key, they disagreed but on delivery they did provide a extra set of key. They send you a gift hamper in a bag which is placed in car on delivery.The lady who delivered the car gave me a detailed information and all documentation is taken car by Carvana. The car comes with courtesy check. When title is mailed to you you can get the emissions done and sending the receipt, Carvana will reimburse you the amount. Its really worth buying a car online quick and you don't have to talk to sales person at dealers!!
