I went to the store for a small item. On line the app said there was a large supply. When I looked for them, there were none on the shelf. I spoke to an associate. He went out of his way to get a forklift, retrieve a pallet from the high storage space, and give me the item I wanted. Total sale.... $9. That's great customer service ~ted
