Generally has any and everything, that's not super specialized, that you can possibly need; not always at the best price but still reasonably priced. Recommendation -> design solution BEFORE entering or else solution will be based on sales promotions ;)

Very mixed experiences with this Home Depot. I'm still waiting on my flooring to be installed that I paid for a month ago. They lost my carpet in the mail and they have to reorder it. The staff are always very friendly though.

Employee offered help in electrical. Although the computer said the item wasn’t available in store he found a suitable item. Furthermore walked the aisles to help with another issue. I’ve had excellent customer service at this store.

On hold for 42 minutes today trying to get a particular department. I kept being transferred. I told each person how long I had been holding. Not one person took any initiative to page someone. Customer Service is key. Get it together management. Not the way you handle loyal customers.

I went to the store for a small item. On line the app said there was a large supply. When I looked for them, there were none on the shelf. I spoke to an associate. He went out of his way to get a forklift, retrieve a pallet from the high storage space, and give me the item I wanted. Total sale.... $9. That's great customer service

the most terrible and frightening service, my boyfriend Daniel Silvestri and I were waiting an hour and a half to solve a problem and in the end they tell you that it was not possible to achieve it, without any solution, the worst service that the staff can give you and slowness incomparable to attend, if you want to be silly and go through very unpleasant moments you must go there because they are specialists in making you angry and get you out of your boxes as well as grab you as a fool making you waste your time without caring about anything. Unmatched sloths.One recommendation for the store manager is that he urgently needs to hire people with energy and with a real desire to work because with these personnel who have little desire to go, they are all left talking and doing silly things instead of really serving the customer. staff horror

Update - placed order online for delivery next day $35.00 next day it was pushed out 2 more days. Called and was told they don't know why it changed, order cancelled as I needed that day. Old review - Went in for few items, lines so long left without buying. Ended up buying online at different vendor for lower price and free shipping.
