Best auto parts store in Neptune, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

Had a simple online order to pick up. Got an email saying it was ready to be picked up. As soon as i said what I was there for the associate told me it's not ready or in stock. Seemed mad that someone would assume that an email saying something was ready for pick up would actually be ready for pick up. Told me, and i quote, "it's not a guarantee an item is in stock, you have to call the store." Really had an attitude for no reason. While all of this is going on, someone who seemed like a more senior employee gave him the item I was there to pick up. He scanned it over and that was that. Totally unprofessional and rude. ~Vlad
