Had a simple online order to pick up. Got an email saying it was ready to be picked up. As soon as i said what I was there for the associate told me it's not ready or in stock. Seemed mad that someone would assume that an email saying something was ready for pick up would actually be ready for pick up. Told me, and i quote, "it's not a guarantee an item is in stock, you have to call the store." Really had an attitude for no reason. While all of this is going on, someone who seemed like a more senior employee gave him the item I was there to pick up. He scanned it over and that was that. Totally unprofessional and rude.

The prices over there I don’t know why they me battery for 16$ and after that I find it for 6$ Avery were and the worker there poor in customer service. Expect older lady she was very nice and helpful I think that place need good manger or need help generally don’t go there there other auto parts around

My AAA tech told me to get a battery ASAP after I got jumped so I stopped at this location before heading home since I am an hour away. Brandon was friendly, quick and efficient. When he realized we weren't going to find what I was looking for in store he immediately went for the catalog online to see if he could fulfill my request. A lot of other people would just say "no, we don't have that"and be done with it. Duly impressed.

Pulled into the lot like a damsel in distress! Dead battery and my car wouldn't shift into gear. Jon took his time thinking about what could be wrong. Disconnected the negative lead and let it sit for 10 minutes. Reconnected it and i was on my way!! Great service by a knowledgeable guy who wants to make people happy. Go and visit this place - you'll be glad you did!

Not only did they have a $10 difference in favor for each part here than pep boys and auto zone but, they had exceptional customer service and they were very friendly and helpful and caring. The manager John was in front of house and assisting me. He’s a great guy and was polite to both me and other customers as I observed him. He really wants the best for his location. I’m happy he was there to save the day! He’s a good team leader and very fitting for this position. He’s a corporate guy & hopefully his hard work pays off one day and landS him an even higher position if he wishes to apply! He works well under pressure and doesn’t break a sweat! You’d be happy to have him on your team!
