My birthday was on Thursday and I wanted to get a massage with a gift certificate my husband bought me. I completely forgot to book and I was so glad to see there was an availability for the same day at 9am! I booked the appt and was greeted by a lovely receptionist (can’t recall her name, but she was great!) I had a 60 minute massage with Angel. I cannot describe how amazing the massage was. I definitely think that was the best massage I’ve ever had. I wanted to get a facial too but didn’t see any online. However, the receptionist mentioned she had a noon appt available and was able to book me immediately. I got a facial done by Carmen and she was also so fantastic. I had a 10/10 experience! :)

The massage therapist I’ve seen here the last two visits shorted my time. She took me to the back 5 minutes late even though I arrived before my 3pm appointment. Than after had me waiting in the room for her for almost 10 minutes just to end my session at 3:50 instead of making up for the time she wasted. I understand it’s only going to be a 50 minute massage but why shorten the time even more and I’m paying for a membership.

There are never any appointments until after you are charged for the next month, so you are always falling further behind with more credits than you can use. Recently, I've called multiple times to try to freeze my account so that I don't continue to be charged while I can't get an appointment. Each time I'm told the manager isn't there but will e-mail me the form and call me back. I haven't received the form and haven't gotten a return call from a manager. I'm sure my card will be charged again while I'm waiting for them to be responsive to my request. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would not sign up for the membership because you will feel like you are being scam. If you go here pay as you go. Also, the manager doesn't return your call and noone knows how to reach corporate. I would try another massage place other than here or at least another facility, but not this location.
