My experience was mediocre. I requested a deep tissue and it was not communicated with the therapist. Although relaxing, it was not the deep tissue I wanted. I also asked the therapist to work on a specific area and they completely skipped over it.

I have tried to cancel my membership for 4 weeks. I’ve called multiple times and left messages to speak with the manager (they are the only ones able to cancel). I have not heard back. There is no way to reach out to the corporate office or the owner for assistance. Essentially, you are held hostage in a subscription if you want to cancel. Not only is this fraudulent but reportable to the Federal Trade Commission. Beware to potential customers - signing up is easy but canceling is a nightmare.

This location has great staff, but it is ALWAYS book to capacity. If you are okay with only getting massaged once a month by one if their most requested, then go ahead. Just DO NOT sign a contract. They do not make cancelling it anywhere as easy as when you sign up for it.

I recently got a massage at Massage Envy and my massage therapist was Justin. Justin was AMAZING. He specializes in deep tissue massages. He is very friendly, knowledgable, and kind. I have gotten many massages over the years but I have to say that after my massage here by Justin, I ACTUALLY feel the difference after the fact. Highly recommend Justin!!

Their service is great but management needs improvement. When I made my appointment for my microderm today they said I won't have to pay anything out of pocket since my credits from my subscription will cover it. After I had my session they called me harassing me to pay out of pocket (mind you, the session costs $130 and they assured me beforehand that it will be covered with my credits). I told them that I wouldn't have made the appointment if I had known that I would have had to pay out of pocket since I was just trying to use up my credits so they don't expire. The manager, I believe her name is Sarah, then started to yell at me over the phone, demanding I pay. Money isn't the issue but the fact that I've been lied to and tricked into this session when I couldn't have cared less for it. Sarah was extremely unprofessional and made me feel threatened over the phone. @massageenvy please do better when you're hiring a manager, this is completely unacceptable.

I’ve been coming more often than usual and have noticed a difference. My therapist Krystin does wonders with increasing flexibility. Both of my IT bands were so tight I could barely stretch my legs at first. She does an excellent deep tissue and sports massage and is great at getting out knots I’ve had for years. She also provided stretches for me to do at home as well. My feet also never felt greater! I recently was told Krystin took “a league of absence”, I missed her work so searched her on find a therapist and turns out she is still working.Massage Envy lied to me. Turns out she left due to poor management and not being treated fairly. There were even a few times I came in and this location didn’t open in time! Everyone at the front desk looks miserable. Report this business !!

I have always had positive service experiences at this location, but as a member of over 10 years, the last few months have been extremely frustrating with managing my membership. I called repeatedly over a 6 week timeframe asking to extend my freeze plus which did not happen, so I was charged for a monthly fee when I was trying to avoid accumulating even more services during this time. If I didn't have so many services already purchased to use, I would cancel my membership entirely.

Victoria is outstanding. I have been regularly receiving massages for years, and was always skeptical about chain massage companies. However, massage envy in the west loop struck gold finding and keeping Victoria (easily could start her own private gig and charge 2x more). Been going for a year now. Attention to detail, extensive experience, excellent technique and communication, and just a nice person. Highly recommend booking Victoria at least two weeks in advance as I’m not the only one who knows this secret apparently.

Had my first appointment with this location a couple weeks ago and got exactly what I was looking for. Thank you to the front desk person who helped me with booking — I know I changed up so many details on you but you remained patient. Front desk people can make or break whether or not I decide to visit or return to a place, so needed to call that person out for doing a nice job. Shout out to Justin! I will be back. I booked a 1hour stretch and it was perfect. Justin was very knowledgeable and the stretch was exactly what I needed. Thank you!

I’ve been here twice. Once last year and once yesterday. I enjoyed both times. I really liked Jasmine (who’s on leave right now). She was very good and she has a warm personality. Kristen was my missus yesterday. She was also very good. She did an excellent job! She added the the right amount of pressure while messaging my shoulder that was dislocated. I think the staff is really nice and professional. I enjoy the atmosphere. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because they want you to get a monthly membership. Please excuse my ignorance to how the message business operates, i just do understand the monthly membership thing. However I enjoyed the service of Kristen and Jasmine so I’m considering becoming a member. 🤔
