Best truck rental agency in New Brunswick, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I made online reservation for a 12' truck a week and half prior to moving date for 9am pick up. I get a call at 7pm the night before from a very rude representative who says they don't have any truck for me to use. I asked if there is anything they can do (rent me a different vehicle or if any is available from different location) and he says there is nothing they can do but puts me on hold for 15 minutes and hangs up. No apologies during the call. I tried calling them back numerous times right after but could not get hold of anyone for an hour and left a voicemail. Then someone else calls me back pretty much saying the same thing, but with an apology and whole lot more professionalism, and cancels my reservation. The second person was a lot better, but AVOID this place and go pay a little more at Uhaul. ~Maya
