NAPA Auto Parts - Genuine Parts Company
This was my first visit to a NAPA store. I was impressed with all the parts and products they have to offer. Their prices are as competitive as Autozone, Pepboys and Advanced Auto. I decided to try NAPA because I wasn't happy with the reviews posted online with Advanced Auto for rebuilt brake parts I needed for my vehicle. The sevice at the counter was good and they were able to order in a part I needed. They offer a 10% discount to AAA members and have a rewards program, like the other stores. My only disappointment is that there is not a NAPA store closer to me. ~Jaime

I was told they couldn't scan my car it was too busy. there was literally ONE person behind me in the store. I was handed the scanner and sent off on my own. Mind you it was in Spanish. Lazy staff. Step your game up ~adrian

Worse service at Bank of America at New Brunswick location!!! I would never recommend anyone drive down at that location. Tailors were fine, is the representative who sits behind the desk. Due to that I will be closing my account soon. I was there to get simple notoriety for my daughter’s school farm. But they were asking us to wait even-though they didn’t had any customer. As per they said,”they were waiting on for their customer to arrive.” Seriously they made a big deal of nothing. No politeness at all. Love Wells Fargo. After I went there and they accommodated us right away. It took them less then 3min to stamp the form. ~Ghazala

Walgreens Pharmacy at St. Peters University Hospital
I used this pharmacy for a special medication that required authorizations, refrigeration, all the works... the pharmacists and staff went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. They called me to discuss any issues, mailed me the medication in a refrigerated box, kept me informed all the time and dealt with all the authorization communication. Their dedication is way above the norm for any pharmacy I dealt with. Thank you! ~Ileana

The guy that answered the phone was professional, friendly, inviting and did the job fast. I felt really positive about going to this place for the first time. The sales technique by the lady at the counter, however, was really off-putting. How can the inspection reveal that I need a tire rotation when I just had one. It is also misleading to say “your car takes full synthetic which is $94”. I responded it also takes a blend. And her response is, now clearly annoyed, “it also takes full synthetic”. Yeah I know but it doesn’t ONLY take full synthetic as you implied. Needless to say, I chose the blend. I don’t like being treated like a dummy. She could have given me both options, explain why one is better and I may have been persuaded to go for it. After that she lost all credibility with me to make any recommendations, it was going to be a no and no and no. I cringed watching the same exact thing offered to an elderly lady that came after me. She paid for everything that was thrown at her. I felt so bad. She trusted what she was told. You lady at the counter need to take an ethics course. Service: Oil change ~Ivana
Walgreens Pharmacy at Robert Wood Johnson University Hosp
JENNIFER IN PHARMACY told me on 5/13/22. She could transfer my chemo meds from CVS, to WALGREENS because I had a med there also, and deliver them all together by tomorrow which is now today, 5/14./22. I called today to ask what time I can expect them. JENNIFER said she never told me Saturday. She told me Monday and one had to be ordered. SHE LIED TO ME. and would not admit to what she initially told me. Now I'm sure WALGREENS can find better people who can admit their wrongs, instead of blatantly telling lies to sick cancer patients. I'm not looking for sympathy, just honesty and my Medications. ~Nancy
Mike's Auto Body
I had Mike's auto body work on my car just last week on Wednesday and the car was ready by yesterday. The work was done expertly and completed as an excellent job even the color matches perfectly with no differences in shading. Throughout the repair, I was kept informed on the work and also received pictures along the way. Out of the many repairs I've done with previous cars at different locations, I will definitely recommend Mike's Auto Body. Thank you and I appreciate the work ~Luciane
