The guy that answered the phone was professional, friendly, inviting and did the job fast. I felt really positive about going to this place for the first time. The sales technique by the lady at the counter, however, was really off-putting. How can the inspection reveal that I need a tire rotation when I just had one. It is also misleading to say “your car takes full synthetic which is $94”. I responded it also takes a blend. And her response is, now clearly annoyed, “it also takes full synthetic”. Yeah I know but it doesn’t ONLY take full synthetic as you implied. Needless to say, I chose the blend. I don’t like being treated like a dummy. She could have given me both options, explain why one is better and I may have been persuaded to go for it. After that she lost all credibility with me to make any recommendations, it was going to be a no and no and no. I cringed watching the same exact thing offered to an elderly lady that came after me. She paid for everything that was thrown at her. I felt so bad. She trusted what she was told. You lady at the counter need to take an ethics course. Service: Oil change ~Ivana
