Best auto parts store in New Brunswick, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

This was my first visit to a NAPA store. I was impressed with all the parts and products they have to offer. Their prices are as competitive as Autozone, Pepboys and Advanced Auto. I decided to try NAPA because I wasn't happy with the reviews posted online with Advanced Auto for rebuilt brake parts I needed for my vehicle. The sevice at the counter was good and they were able to order in a part I needed. They offer a 10% discount to AAA members and have a rewards program, like the other stores. My only disappointment is that there is not a NAPA store closer to me. ~Jaime

I was told they couldn't scan my car it was too busy. there was literally ONE person behind me in the store. I was handed the scanner and sent off on my own. Mind you it was in Spanish. Lazy staff. Step your game up ~adrian

I am extremely pleased with my service. Omar was very helpful and courteous! He made it a point to let me know that the shop was out of regular oil and only had synthetic which I appreciate and ended up getting anyway. The service itself did not take long and my vehicle was ready when I was told it would be ready. You also can’t beat the prices here, they’re absolutely affordable. I will definitely be coming back here for any and all of my car related issues!! Thank you for the excellent service. Would definitely recommend ~Ana
