Best bank in Newark, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I was apprehensive about opening a bank account but Ivelisse R, the personal banker I spoke with put it all at ease. Ivelisse slowly walked me through every step. She made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable on the decisions I made. Ivelisse is an absolute asset to the company. It is because of her going above and beyond, I will strongly recommend this bank and branch to everyone I know. ~Jason

Not sure what others have experienced, but I have been treated extremely well, for my personal and business banking. Great service and follow up from Gina R. Parking in the back and close to me. No issues so far. ~Hector

I Called just today because somebody that Im not me use my debit card and take $200. The person who answer my call told me that she can't do nothing because I have to go in person and show my ID to see that I am the correct person. Basically If I can't go to the oficce the person who scam my card can use It. So rude the woman and so unprofesional. Bye bye PNC I'll go to check other bank. ~Nel
