I Called just today because somebody that Im not me use my debit card and take $200. The person who answer my call told me that she can't do nothing because I have to go in person and show my ID to see that I am the correct person. Basically If I can't go to the oficce the person who scam my card can use It. So rude the woman and so unprofesional. Bye bye PNC I'll go to check other bank.
