I don't usually post reviews, but I felt I had to for Jersey Auto Repair. We've had years of the very best service from them. They've always been super friendly, professional, and their work has been great. Eric makes sure his customers are happy. He's such a great guy. We're leaving the area soon and are totally bummed to be leaving such a good auto repair. I like this place. Bill is very good and he is good with customers. They don't push people of buying or replacing any stuff but suggest. I am going to this place only for tire replacement and alignment. So far I don't have any complain, but I have one suggestion for their staff (not Bill). I went for tire rotation with an appointment and waited their for an hour. Nobody informed me of my car is ready until I asked them about it. Looks they don't care about it. I hope they improve next time. ~C
