I came here to have some Minor work done they Have my vehicle for three days at first they was nice and respectful but when I asked for my vehicle there was having issues about me asking about my vehicle so I paid over $500 to have this minor work done and the next day the check engine light came back on and the car was doing the same thing I bought the car in for I took the car back and the guy didn’t even want to talk they just offered me a refund. Why would you offer a refund instead of fixing the problem I paid for that’s a red flag right there don’t go to Mechanics that are attached to a gas station I’m just saying Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto exhaust system replacement

They've always been super friendly, professional, and their work has been great. Eric makes sure his customers are happy. He's such a great guy. We're leaving the area soon and are totally bummed to be leaving such a good auto repair. I've been here a few times for an oil change, brake & rotor replacement, and simple checkups of concerns I had with my car. They've done an amazing job and their staff is both friendly and professional, a lot more than a lot of the big chain car repair and tire shops that I've gone to over the years. I just purchased a used vehicle and a friend recommended Jersey Auto Repair for a front brake job, tune up and oil change, and a general look over of the vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off in the evening, filled out details on an envelope that they supply and put it in the dropbox with my key. The next morning I had a lovely conversation with Brock the service Manager who was so nice and explained the process of analysis and repair of my car, including the parts they use and warranty of work. Also they send me the analysis results via email before the work begins. This shop reminds me of the family mechanic we had growing up that worked on all of our cars. Went to Jersey Auto Repair today and had my air conditioner system looked over and repaired. Eric, Brock, and the crew here are professional, experienced and have the best customer service. Love this place, love Brock and all the brothers that work there. They are friendly, efficient, and very professional. Brock would text you the analysis and photos of what really is going on with your car. He suggested a lot of options as well so he can help get your car fixed right.. Prices are reasonable. Feels like family working together solving any situation. I would highly recommend this shop for your car.

All the other reviews here are genuine. I did not trust those reviews initially and have shelved out thousands of $ at midas and Mavis where you always think of going for your car problems. If your car is out of dealer warranty please get them to Jersey Auto repair these guys are top notch and make your car run good again. I wont say they are cheaply priced, but they price for the work they do and its is perfectly reasonable. Everything is explained upfront and Gentlemen who work here care for your car. Thank you team for making my car run again

The car was completely inspected and they clearly communicated the issue and the repair needed. They provided me with the estimated cost of the repair and asked if I wanted to move forward. One of the parts needed was not going to come until the next day, so I was able to pick up the car and return it in the morning since it was safe to drive. I was very please with the service and would definitely use them again. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change, Auto engine tuning
