they are very nice! HOWEVER, pricey! it cost $297 for my cat to be treated for ear mites! Just be prepared to pay, and ASK them how much things will be before they do it! i was told they have to look under microscope to confirm my cat had ear mites but did NOT tell me it would cost $95!! they just did it. so, that said, know that they are nice but it will cost you! ~kellie
