I highly recommend you look elsewhere! I was most unfortunate to be talked into a 2nd floor unit, it was a good price and was told there was an elevator. It was a BIG mistake. First off, never get a 2nd floor unit, anywhere! It's 3x the work (take stuff off truck, put in elevator, send elevator up, walk up steps, take stuff off elevator, walk down hallway to unit!) I was also told there was plenty of room in the hallway for our big items, like couch, there was not. Our couch ended up getting torn in several places as we tried to fit it into the elevator and then into the unit. The day we moved in, snow on the roof was melting and the spout above the elevator was busted and we had a steady trickle of water falling onto all our boxes. When we said something, we were told that a work order has been placed to get it fixed-BS! It was still busted a year later. A few months before we moved out of the until we find out the elevator is broken and had been for a couple months. We ask when it will be fixed. again we are told a work order has been placed and it should be done in a couple of weeks-BS! It took 3 months for them to fix that elevator! We were told if it wasn't fixed by the time we moved then the maintenance guy would help us pack up....NO, not good enough! Could you imagine packing up a 26ft truck when you have to go up and down steps every time. How did they expect us to move the heavy stuff, like our treadmill. These people were rude and could have cared less about fixing the elevator. It was a battle till the end. Thank God the elevator was finally fixed a week before we moved. It was a very BAD experience. ~s
