come here all the time but had many rude interactions with employees. some white lady at the front cash register kept yelling at us for lining up “the wrong way” after we just stood behind everyone in the line and was so rude. not to mention some man was yelling at us for thinking the self checkout machine wasn’t working for cash. i tried the machine & said it didnt accept cash. awful service but good place to get goods. ~mari

Updated 8/6/2020 - Dropped 1 star because somehow the service and communication here has gotten even worse since I left this review. The volume of issues that I have had in the last few months alone is just staggering, and trying to reach anyone that can actually help you is all but impossible. This place is always a crapshoot in terms of service you'll receive. Most of the time it's pretty standard and fine, but sometimes you get some seriously frustrating experiences. Packages not showing up at the office because of handler error, being told they don't hand stamp envelopes and then telling you that YOU can do the hand stamping while they take other customers, etc. Absolutely a mess. ~James

3rd time Used Still Amazing No Issues. Great Company. A lot more varied shipping providers compared to other shipping forwarding companies. Used Once but will definitely be a returning customer. Customer Support Via email are amazing. With super quick replies and getting the problem sorted. The only thing that I wish could be changed was to be able to name the items yourself to help in customs as they got stuck in customs while they contacted me. Other than that Amazing company I highly recommend. ~Ben
