Claimed that they informed customers of a change of warehouse address, which I never received. Delivery was completed at this address, and customer service blamed me (in broken English) for not having received their email, and then told me that losing my package wasn't their problem. Shocking, shocking company.

Don't ship to these guys!!! They do not verify who they are shipping to and we've lost a lot of money shipping to them! They allow thieves to order product and then dispute the charges. You are taking a major risk if you ship to these guys! Further, we contacted Ship7 prior to shipping the package to ask if the order was safe to ship and was told yes. These guys do not verify anything!. This is a hot bed for fraud!!!!

I used Ship7 a few times and experienced a diminishing return in quality of service each time. However, this last (and currently ongoing) time is the final time. I requested a small "shop for me" order at US Best Buy. They started by trying to overcharge me on the service fee. I pointed that out and they corrected it. I then tried to pay for the service with PayPal; their website gave me an error and no balance showed up. However, my PayPal account showed that they indeed got my money. I sent them an email with a PDF of the details showing the payment. They delayed me FIVE DAYS, saying they "couldn't locate" the payment. This isn't how PayPal works. On day 5, they asked me for the same information I provided on day 1. At this point I filed a PayPal claim. Then things got weird. They keep telling me to close the claim and "then we will refund you." You have to know that if I close the claim I'll lose all buyer protection? They CALLED me to argue that I should use their service, they were sorry, etc. I told them I wanted a refund on the phone and via email... they claim they can't refund me as long as a PayPal claim is open. Pretty sure this isn't how PayPal works. You can respond to a claim at any time. They could respond to PayPal saying I'm right and have the claim ended in my favour, but they haven't. They want me to end my claim so I lose buyer protection and they can steal my money, in my opinion. So my claim is now sitting with PayPal, waiting for the time limit to expire, tying up my cash. Do not under any circumstances use this company when there are so many others who do the same thing, and better.

3rd time Used Still Amazing No Issues. Great Company. A lot more varied shipping providers compared to other shipping forwarding companies. Used Once but will definitely be a returning customer. Customer Support Via email are amazing. With super quick replies and getting the problem sorted. The only thing that I wish could be changed was to be able to name the items yourself to help in customs as they got stuck in customs while they contacted me. Other than that Amazing company I highly recommend.

Their site is well built, easy to understand. Their support is great. When my package arrived at their warehouse, the shipping costs were as advertised, no hidden fees.Unfortunately i had to return my order back to the seller because i was unsatisfied with it and they completed my request with a really small fee. I have no problem using them again in the future.

See few negative reviews but decided to give a try. Ordered a shoe from UK to be delivered internationally. The process was very fast and efficient. The shoe arrived at the warehouse and was scanned on the same day. Photo of the shoe and weight were shown clearly. Arranged for DHL and was shipped within 2 days plus tracking. Overall this is a 100% legit business and will likely continue to use their services. Thanks.

This shipping company has good prices, but when it comes to their customer service, it’s absolutely terrible. I’ve recently had a merged parcel delivered, and since I was missing one package from it, I contacted customer support. They had the cheek to tell me that my missing package had wrong name address on it hence they didn’t include it. They even took a fake picture of a complete different name and address, but somehow.. they managed to find that package with this different name and address so quickly. It’s just a complete joke and they really think their customers are stupid. Now because of their mistake, I need to get this “lost” package separately and pay for it again. By the way, the parcel with a “wrong name and address” was through Etsy, and I have the whole tracking history, including my correct name and address. Ship 7, total liars! Infuriating.

My first experience using Ship7 was great. So efficient with updates. Delivery took me a little longer than expected but think the delays were down to the courier. Will try them again!

Avoid by all means!!! Think before you use Ship7. Bought an item to get delivered here. Lost my package, even provided delivery tracking showing GPS position it has been delivered. Claim never received it. I will be using another forwarder
