I’ve had such an amazing experience today. If you go there look for Christine. She’s is AMAZING. She helped me with some new products that I was not sure about it, and her knowledge about certain lines made me try some new things and lemme tell you something I loved it! I will be back to the Saddlebrook store!

Jen helped me!! I was just looking for help with hair bleaching products for myself to bleach my hair again and the service and help she gave me was phenomenal!! I literally had to stop myself from almost buying half the things she recommended to me. Definitely a great employee and really appreciated the service and energy she had despite COVID-19 going on. Really appreciated this since I’m a retail manager myself and I definitely recommend this place to others! Will definitely be coming here again! 🤗

I look forward to going to Cosmoprof in Saddle Brook for my supplies. The store reps are bright articulate and very engaging. They bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. Don't know why anyone would shop there when you have Sally's and Ulta! I must have gone on a bad day because I found the staff rude ! They were all in a corner talking about some trip and completely ignored the customers.one lady needed help and was greeted with annoyance. Will NEVER go back
