Mike is sort of ridiculously honest, friendly, helpful, nice, and a good mechanic. We've taken our Honda to him for 10 years, and we trust him completely. I honestly want to give him more money than he charges me because he's so scrupulous and he's never charged much. (I'm not a saint, so I haven't given him more money, but in theory I want to.)
