Stop & Shop

I purchased this cake for my mother’s birthday and the cake taste horrible, it was stale even though it looked chocolate it didn’t taste chocolate and did not taste like it usually does. I have purchased this same cake on other occasions and it was delicious. As you can see this cake went in the garbage and ruined the celebration. I was very disappointed . ~Wendy

T-Mobile

The customer service was so nice and friendly. I really appreciated that everyone that came in while I was there was served with the same amount of respect and helpfulness. Jeff provided both me and my family member the best help and we left really satisfied. Really glad that we did business at this T-Mobile location. ~Racheal

Mike's Service

Mike is sort of ridiculously honest, friendly, helpful, nice, and a good mechanic. We've taken our Honda to him for 10 years, and we trust him completely. I honestly want to give him more money than he charges me because he's so scrupulous and he's never charged much. (I'm not a saint, so I haven't given him more money, but in theory I want to.) He saved us from getting shafted by Planet Honda, among other things. Go to him. ~Chandler

Ashley Marketplace

Not nearly as good as it used to be. All the fresh selections have been cut way back. Meat and seafood are now down to one little corner, the deli department was empty, most of the prepared foods are gone. Looks like they still have solid choices for produce and grocery. Very strange though that they took out the registers in the back — so if you park in the garage, you have to check out in the front and then walk all the way through the store. ~Zachary

7-Eleven

I just called to corporate and complained about the employees closing the store early every night. They sit there turn you away any time between 10:35pm and 10:45pm and laugh as if it’s funny. Why take a job if you don’t want to work until closing time? To my understanding closing time is 11pm. Let’s see if they start closing at its correct time now. Will was the only employee who respected customers. I started a customer service class for businesses. This store needs to register most of their employees to this class. I don’t understand how management or the owner wouldn’t want to strive for a 5 star establishment. ~99

United States Postal Service

Does not even deserve a star. I live at 3rd & Valley and the person who delivers our mail is always on the phone talking while putting the mail into our boxes. The mail has been incredibly unreliable that it's affecting my business. 12 checks were lost in the mail (never received them) and my clients had to put a stop on them, thankfully they wired me the money. Several wedding invitations came months later. I received other tenants mail. The best is I just received a Christmas card that was sent to me in December 2021. ~Self
