Does not even deserve a star. I live at 3rd & Valley and the person who delivers our mail is always on the phone talking while putting the mail into our boxes. The mail has been incredibly unreliable that it's affecting my business. 12 checks were lost in the mail (never received them) and my clients had to put a stop on them, thankfully they wired me the money. Several wedding invitations came months later. I received other tenants mail. The best is I just received a Christmas card that was sent to me in December 2021.

Today the staff member with dyed red hair was yelling loudly at an elderly customer for close to 5 minutes and making rude comments since the customer did not understand what the staff member was saying about the card machine. At certain points she stopped answering the customer and would look away and ignore her. The customer apologized multiple times that she didn’t understand. It was awkward for everyone in line and I felt so bad for the customer. The individual who helped me was fine but showed poor customer service skills and did the absolute bare minimum. Which is typical for this location unfortunately.

I paid extra money to have a package sent but it finally gets there 4 days late. If you can not fulfill a service then don't offer it. To me you are ripping your customers off. I understand there is a pandemic going on, but other places are not ripping people off by services they can't fulfil, but the post office is. Why is that? And you wonder why more and more people are using Fed-ex or even ups. And yes the staff is also very rude.

Walked in no one was in line. While I was addressing my priority envelope a customer walks in. He’s standing in line. The clerk that was at window says he’s closed. He called 3 times for a clerk to come to the window. I finished addressing envelope and stood in line. When it was my turn the clerk didn’t say may I help you or Good Afternoon. She didn’t ask if I needed extra services. I did answer the hazmat question. I was not told when my priority envelope would be expected. When finished there was no thank you or have a good day. Nothing. Window clerks should greet the customers. Ask if you need extra services etc. signature confirmation,insurance,certified/return receipt. And ask is there anything else I can help you with. And thank you and have a great day. I didn’t get any of those things. Should be more welcoming.

Thankfully, the store was kind enough to reimburse me. Also, the mail carrier that is responsible for my route is beyond careless. Delivers our packages to the wrong address on several occasions. We also receive packages that don’t belong to us. We return them to the right address, if it’s walking distance. If not, we drop off at the Post Office. Sadly it’s not always true in our case. Our packages don’t always get returned to us if delivered to the wrong address. It’s just so very annoying.
