I just called to corporate and complained about the employees closing the store early every night. They sit there turn you away any time between 10:35pm and 10:45pm and laugh as if it’s funny. Why take a job if you don’t want to work until closing time? To my understanding closing time is 11pm. Let’s see if they start closing at its correct time now. Will was the only employee who respected customers. I started a customer service class for businesses. This store needs to register most of their employees to this class. I don’t understand how management or the owner wouldn’t want to strive for a 5 star establishment.

They close at like 10 pm . WHY ???? I get off work sometimes at 12 and my job couple blocks away I need that store open because then I would have to go all the way to West Orange

I live locally I'll come to that 7-Eleven occasionally during the daytime when the manager or owner is there which is a very pleasant experience but tonight was a terrible one the cashier a young hispanic lady was on the phone talking to whoever very loudly rudely using profanity as she's ringing up customers including myself I picked up two bags of chips which were displayed as a discounted item when she rang it up it was full price I said to her this is a different price there's a discount on display she argue with me back and forth about the discount even though it was literally right in front of her face then she tells me it's expired and does not honor the discount which was fine because I paid for a price for my item but I think I won't be back there until night time and I definitely probably wouldn't recommend anyone to go there after 5:00 unless they want to be disrespected for for no apparent reason

🚫⏰🚫I love a good 7-Eleven but unfortunately this one closes earlier than what is stated online. I know with Covid a lot of places are required to close earlier but I would appreciate it if they would at least update their hours of operation because I never know if an employee is closing early or if it’s actually the owner who is closing. The website states 24 hours and I’ve been there as early as 1030 to find the doors locked and people inside hanging out.
