Best bank in Union City, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I use this bank because of the ATM but I had to take out money at the front desk which I dread because I needed an exact amount and some staff are typically rude. Shantell was rude and seemed like she didn't even want to be there. I said hi only for her to ignore me for a bit and then I said "oh I guess your not open then" and thats when she made an effort to help...then gives me my money like I was an inconvenience to her. Not even a goodbye or have a nice day. Makes me want to switch to Chase. They know how to be courteous and friendly. ~Lin

I have had a checking account with Ponce Bank for two years, as of March, 2022. The customer I receive, both in person and on the phone is excellent. I also love the fact that the Union City, NJ Branch (which is not only the only one in Union City, but the only one in New Jersey, too), is so close to where I live. In person and on the phone, they always treat me right. ~Robert
