Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire

I have been taking both of my vehicles to this Pep Boys location for years (since they opened.) I made an appointment to get my tires rotated - a free service Pep Boys provides. The "technician" asked when the last time was I had it done. (He could have easily looked at my service records). I told him that I did not know the exact odometer reading, but it had been at least 10,000 miles. He walked out to my car, quickly looked at the rear driver's side tire and said that it was not recommended at this time. I explained that it was long overdue considering the owner's manual recommends a tire rotation every 5,000 miles. He walked back into the store, completely ignoring me as I attempted to talk to him. The "technician" should know by having your tires rotated, you maintain a more even amount of tread on your tires by helping prevent uneven tire wear. It's not something that can be determined whether it needs to be done by looking at one of the tires. It was very apparent that the "technician" had no interest in performing this free service, even though I had been a customer there for years. Up until now, my experience there has always been great. But now I will likely never go back. I have a call into Pep Boys corporate office and am waiting to hear back from their leadership team. ~Brandon

Pizza One Haskell

It’s pretty good depending on what you get. Such kind service. The sliders and the buffalo chicken wraps are really good. But man I ordered the margarita pizza today. It was good but it was more like chunks of mozzarella and tomato rather than thin crust small cut up tomatos and mozzarella. But every other time and every other thing I’ve ordered has been excellent. I love this place, just needs a little improvement on the margarita pizza. ~Bella

7-Eleven

District manager Tony A. was at the store conveniently when I went to do product/item audits, he harassed my husband and I even though I explained thoroughly and showed proof of my creditials and my right to be there. Tony A. then questioned my intelligence when I asked for his name only pointing to his name tag saying "Do you not know how to read?" Beyond the rudest interaction with anyone in charge of a store front, shame to see how fake he is seeing as when he walked in he was all jolly saying "Good Morning Good People!" I guess we were only good if I wasn't auditing their store ~Monica
