Best drugstore in West Orange, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

Horrible service. Since the new pharmacist took over, it's a mess. Long lines both inside and outside and a complete mess. They can't find prescriptions, some of which are on the floor. I keep going to the Store Managers and get the same line "We know, we hear it from other customers but there is nothing that we can do". I called corporate several times and never heard back from anyone. Horrible. I am switching to Walgreens. What a shame. CVS used to be great. It's so convenient, but since they don't care about their customers, I can no longer give them my business. When I got the pharmacist on the phone tonight and told him about the concerns and frustration that me and other customers have with this location, he sarcastically said "thank you for the feedback mam". Well thank you for helping me make my decision to leave CVS. ~Marisa

CVS on main street west orange literally has two people working aside from the pharmacy. line is always backed up, no one to ever help. and the spanish cashier a heavy set boy has a smart mouth ~Shameke

Selwyn is a great pharmacist! He has a lot of knowledge on CBD. Definitely stop in. Much better than going to big box stores. ~parthiv
