Best auto repair shop in Alamogordo, New Mexico (NM) 2024

We were having a huge problem with our truck. We called several places but the prices were way out of out budget. We live in the mountains and needed a brake job. Come to find out later we also needed new rotors which came out to roughly $1k. Called several places and was told to call Bobs Precision. Called immediately and Bob answered. He said I could leave our truck there cause he was leaving on vacation the next day. We agreed. He called us the next day and he said the truck was ready!!! He wanted to finish it before he went on vacation!! Now that is customer service. Then he told us the price which blew us out of the water. Full brake job, turned our rotors and one new rotor (one could not be saved). Very very reasonable. Thanks Bob. ~Teresa

This is my second vehicle I have take to SH Automotive! They are very kind and if you ask they will answer all of your questions and explain to you what repairs they will be making to your vehicle. My latest vehicle I have taken to their shop was my 2012 GMC Sierra and they did a beautiful job. I thought my truck ran good, but now it runs great. It drives like a dream. And if that’s not good enough all of the work they do is covered by a 100% warranty for 12 months. Not that I have ever had to take my vehicle back for the same issue, but it is comforting to know. They take such pride in their work that they offer that complimentary service. They also look at other things along with the issue you brought it in for.
