I just want to say thank you very much for screwing up my day.
1. your business hours say from what ever time in the morning to 7 p.m.
2. Why hasn't any type of hour change been posted on the doors or business hours?
3. So I had to purchase a prepaid reloadable debit card so I could pay the phone I've been trying to pay for 4 hours now. But I couldn't cause the store in Artesia New Mexico is closed at 4 pm now.
4. You don't accept prepaid cards at all... Yet you advertise that you do.
5. Customer service told me to go to Wal-Mart. I hate Wal-Mart. But looks like I'm stuck spending more money on my phone bill cause you close early in Artesia New Mexico.
6. To top it off I'm trying to start a relationship and the woman I'm talking to probably thinks I'm ignoring her cause your in competent store closed early on a Friday! I just want to say thank you for screwing my day up and possibly more than that. I bet metro or Verizon doesn't do that in fact Verizon was open the 3 times I went back.
