You can't call the store and order pizza anymore. Then you get a call center that has someone that can't understand you and you can't understand them. I'm sure my pizza would have been all kind of jacked up. They give me the store in Artesia NM where I'm at and they said they sent me to a call center in the Philippines, and I asked if she could take my order and she said no you have to do it online or with your phone. Sad sad world.

Called to place an order, a recording came on to call back that they weren't taking any orders, to 1 1/2 back to order. My husband went in and all we wanted were 2 sandwiches and they told him it would be 45 minutes to an hour cause they were short staffed. He said 2 employees were just standing around. That's Artesia for you.

Tried ordering online so i could use the promotional code to receive the discount but says you don't deliver to my address but you guys have delivered to my address numerous times so i have to call my order in and you guys are unable to provide me with the discount something has to change please address this situation or you'll loose a loyal customer

When I commented on how poor the quality was, how sparse the toppings were, and the attitude of a "new" employee...I got an E-Mail from the Manager/Owner asking that I explain further...I responded...but sadly the Mananger/Owner never responded. Seems to me the problems start at the top.

Good service. Remember to put the sauces and sides that have been ordered and paid for with the order. Show your customers their order before asking for payment. You’ll get better tips that way.

Well I ordered a pineapple pizza and ended up with the cheese pizza then I'll order some Parmesan twist bread and no marinara sauce 😡

Used to be a good place for pizza. Not sure what happened but now they over sauce and under cheese just like Pizza Hut. I tried ordering again hoping maybe it would be good this time around, but it wasn’t, same saucy pizza with cheese strands you can count same as the last 3 times I ordered. Shame it used to be good.

This is how a Pizza should looked each and every single time you receive it, again I say treat each and every Pizza as if it was your pizza with love so thank you dominos for finally getting it right I will suggest to each and every customer check your pizza not once but twice!
