I find the staff to be friendly and professional. I am able to get my prescriptions filled within 24 hours with little or no hassle. If there is a problem they address it immediately.

I had them transfer a prescription from another pharmacy and it was there and waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. Cant beat the price I this will be my new pharmacy. Staff and pharmacist was wonderful

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. It is Walmart after all so expectations shouldn't be high, but the idiocy of the inept employees here knows no limit, even in the face of the most simple task. I stopped by to pick up a box of Advil Cold+Sinus from behind the counter. The cashier behind the counter, Matthew, couldn't even figure out how to input the information from my driver's license into his computer, and had to ask one of the pharmacists from the back to come out and do it. I have never had an account with any Walmart pharmacy, mind you. I was asked if a certain PO Box number that popped up was mine - it was a number that my parents used to have over 15 years ago... Finally, my information was put in, only for Matthew to inform me that according to his Federal database, I had reached my limit of Advil Cold+Sinus purchases. I had not purchased Advil Cold+Sinus for over a year before that, and probably only 3 times total in my life. I left that utter useless group of idiots and went across the street to Rite Aid, where I was able to purchase the same thing immediately, with the same license, and a smile from the cheerful pharmacist. NEVER use Walmart's useless pharmacy.

They are the only place ( and I mean only place) Where I can waltz right up to the counter and buy my insulin without a prescription for $25.00! Every other drug store will not without a prescription and when I do give them my prescription and insurance info they end up charging me $150. as my co-pay!!!!!!!!thank God for Walmart as I would be dead by now without them.

Sure there is poor customer service in some stores and pharmacies, but the Deptord Walmart pharmacy has taken it to it entirely low level. When MBA students study poor customer service, this will be held out as the world's best example. Quite simply, they do nothing right--and they do nothing right with an attitude that will blame you as the customer for their many problems. How bad is this pharmacy? Let's count the ways: 1.) When refills are dropped off or called in, you will be told they will be faxing your doctor. Where it goes after that is anyone's guess because the refills are never completed. But don't think about questioning them as to why because the attitude will come out immediately. "I don't know," "we've done our job," or "hold on" (followed by inexplicable waits for someone else to pick up the phone to offer the same useless excuses) are the most common answers. 2.) This is a pharmacy of a giant multi-billion dollar company, but they carry almost no inventory of any pharmaceutical. Drop off a refill and you will be told: "Hold on, let me see if we have it." Five, ten, fifteen minutes will then pass only for the pharmacy assistant to return and say something to this effect: "Sorry, we are out of that. Check back Tuesday." But Tuesday will come and go and they still don't have it. What are you to do while you are out of medication and they have no stock? They could care less. Die, I guess. 3.) For being the singularly worst managed pharmacy in Western civilization, one might think they are understaffed. But this does not appear the case. Show up in the line to pick up a prescription and you will wait while at least half a dozen pharmacy staff are tending to things behind the pharmacy counter. No one will look up. No one will acknowledge your presence. And why what they are doing behind the pharmacy desk for customers who are not there is more important than you (who is there) is anyone's guess. 4.) Calling this place is always an adventure. Pharmacy techs will answer little. Push hard enough and you will be connected to the pharmacist, who will not hesitate to slam the phone down on you if you push beyond his abrupt non answers. This is a pharmacy with customer service representatives who hate customers. It's a pharmacy that carries few pharmaceuticals. And it's a place where "hold on," "wait in line while we tend to who knows what," etc. is the management philosophy. I have been to many Walmart pharmacies. To call this the singularly worst managed Walmart pharmacy really does not go far enough because it implies that there are worse ones at other pharmacy chains. No, this is the singularly worst managed pharmacy in America. You can't find a more incompetent, hostile, sluggish staff managing a pharmacy that never has the product you seek.
