I am a 59 year old female who was riding my bicycle up Florida Rd in Durango, CO this morning ( 9/12) at 11:30 AM when an Old Dominion truck came so close to me I thought he was going to hit me. The # on the truck ( not license plate #) had the numbers "43" toward the beginning of the aprox 9 or 10 digit identification. There is a 3' law in Colorado that this driver obviously was not heeding. BTW I do not usually ( ie., EVER) write letters such as this. In fact the only other time I wrote about a driver was to COMMEND the driver. Whoever was driving on Florida this morning needs a STERN warning as he is endangering people's lives. ~Mary
