Sadly I experienced all negative reviews about the terrible, unwelcoming customer service here during a slow Saturday late afternoon. The 3 workers didn’t acknowledge me at all as I was waiting to order for over 5-10 minutes (there were no other customers in line). After the young woman finished making a smoothie, she ignored me to help people who just walked in on the Dunkin Donuts line, while the older man stared at me while refilling the ice cream in front of me and didn’t offer to help. It was very awkward. Please improve your business, staff, and customer service so you don’t lose business like you did today. ~Amy

My boyfriend and I went here today around 330 pm. We had an issue with the card reader so I went inside to pay there. The little machine that you put your card in said I was approved, but the computer said I was "denied". They ended up stealing 60 bucks out of my boyfriend's account. The 60 that the man behind the counter said was "denied". They are thieves here. ~Kat

They have some fly kicks here. Easy store to pop in and out of when you know what you want. I always like to drop by or have my secret shopper drop by to see what kicks are on the shelves. Great shop and wide selection for kids. Very pricey! You’ve been warned (but you get what you pay for…and you only get the best quality goods here) ~Adam
