My frustration lies not in the inability to fix my truck (which was sold to me in a broken condition by you), but in the fact that you didn't bother to contact me to cancel my service appointment when you knew that the part wasn't in. I'm 1½ hours away and was driving to my appointment when I called you to confirm. If I hadn't called, I would have wasted half a day. As it was I'd already driven an hour before I had an answer about parts. After the cancelation, I still never received a follow-up. ~Rusty

look in your trunk to ensure all items are there as they should be as well as air filters. my family member purchased a 2018 Chevy Camaro convertible and it didn't have the required air compressor for flat repairs and it didn't have an air filter as well as many calls and no response back super bad business!!!! ~Keep

On October 10, 2020 about 5pm, I went here to find one specific item, when I noticed they were all out of this item, so I asked the 2 ladies that were working if they knew when they were going to get more in and one of them said that she would go in the back room to see if they had any more, and she came out with what I wanted, I thanked her and said she deserves a raise, most places wouldn't take the time to do what she did for me...THANK YOU! ~Jamie
