I take my old Ford Diesel down to this fella when the old girl needs major work. He is thorough and has Jen call regularly with updates. Tells you exactly whats wrong and wont put on parts the aren’t needed. I drive 35 minutes to have Lyons work on my truck cause i know it will be done right the first time. ~Kooter

My frustration lies not in the inability to fix my truck (which was sold to me in a broken condition by you), but in the fact that you didn't bother to contact me to cancel my service appointment when you knew that the part wasn't in. I'm 1½ hours away and was driving to my appointment when I called you to confirm. If I hadn't called, I would have wasted half a day. As it was I'd already driven an hour before I had an answer about parts. After the cancelation, I still never received a follow-up. ~Rusty
