The customer service is lacking, to say the least. They are always trying to nickel and dime you for "recommendations." The car is never ready on time, and they overcharge you. I had an issue with the two front desk people. The guy is telling me he will make me wait for 2 hours for an inspection sticker even though the car was already inspected. Then I finally got my car, and they purposely had the heat blasting on 83, which when I got out of my car before the ac was on Lo and low speed. Honestly, save money, time, and frustration and go to a local mechanic. ~Samantha
