Past experiences 5 stars! Need to have a setup for appointments for inspections. Sometimes takes too long waiting in the lot. Also, if you need anything replaced to pass inspection, show the customer, don't just say it. Otherwise, staff was great as usual! ~Andrew

I got my brakes done about 2 months ago from this location. A few days later I started hearing a strange clank when going over some bumps. The roads in buffalo are pretty terrible so i didnt think much of it. This past week i started hearing a clanking noise when braking that seemed like it was with each tire spin. I had a friend take a quick look and he immediately saw that my caliper was not on correctly. So either the bolt was not tightened correctly, or it was not put on all together. I took my car back and they fixed it, but I will certainly NOT be going back. Thank god the other bolt was tightened adequately and my brakes did not fail in the past months driving like this. ~Katie
