Best telecommunications service provider in Canandaigua, New York (NY) 2024

Came in with a smashed phone. None of my data was backed such as pictures, contacts, notes, etc. and the screen was black but sometimes would flicker on. Juan, Josie, Zach, and the regional manager there on 5/28/22 were the best! Their customer service was unmatched. They put their minds together and did everything in their power to save my data and set me up with an affordable plan. They were transparent, helpful, and incredibly patient.
