5 Best atm in Chester, New York (NY) 2024

Entered my stop and shop rewards and was set to save $.80/gallon. Started to pump my gas but the pump wouldn’t work for more than 2 seconds at a time. When I went in to tell the cashier about the pump, he was already aware. So… why wasn’t the pump labeled as broken? I drove out of my way to get to this station to use my reward and save money. I had to go to a different station. When management is aware of a broken pump, it should be labeled! ~Melanie

Only getting 2 stars because we have had many good years of good treatment. However... never in our life have we met someone as rude as Jessica on the desk, the last 3 visits to handle our accounts she has been nothing but difficult to work with , while making passive agressive comments. She obviously doesn't belong in customer service. Our accounts may be leaving soon. Only saving grace was Diane she was empathetic and eager to help. ~Stephen

Kathleen Cole at the Chester Branch showed her knowledge of her products and those of her competitors, alleviated my stress about what I perceived as a massive undertaking and made the transition easy. It has now been four to five months and not only has Kathleen been great but everyone at the branch has been nothing but helpful. Also, their online portal and smartphone application are incredibly user friendly. I highly recommend Kathleen and happily recommend her to both clients and fellow business owners. ~Mike
