So bad ~__

There was a lady called Nazly with the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. She was incompetent and not willing to help at all. All she did was repeating " I don't know! That's not within my scope , you can Google yourself!" honestly, I was little shocked cuz I have never seen a person talk like this in a business setting. And I was not even asking something difficult to challenge her. All I asked was if she knows the phone number of my prior carrier I should call to to get my account released to T-Mobile. ...I don't know if she always treat T-Mobile customers like this or she just had an awful day today. But luckily, I got help from Eric later on, the experience was so different. Eric is very professional and patient , he took his time to understand our needs and got my problem solved efficiently. ~Sandy
