If your “preoccupied” by other things maybe you should be running a business. If your short staffed maybe you shouldn’t be booking so many dogs You should also be paying more attention at training your employees rather than allowing them to be negligent and play on their phone while they should be supervising multiple dogs. This is extremely shameful how this is being handled. If the dog was at fault why are you withholding the video? Does it show your facility not following protocol and safety measures, did someone handle it poorly which would cause your business harm, so many things could have been done to handle this better and it hasn’t.
