Best packaging supply store in Kenmore, New York (NY) 2024

Fiance went in around 530pm today to ship a package and had a awful experience with only what I could describe as a "business assassin". The young man with curl hair, dirty nails and a rude attitude suggested that she "couldn't afford" to ship a $19 package and the post office might be able to cheaper if she "didn't have the money". I don't know who trained this kid but the entire experience according to her was not only embarrassing but lacked any form of customer service. I've been in sales for 16+years and if anyone who worked with me and acted like that in front of a customer I'd be sure to make sure the right people knew and it didn't happen again. Far cry from the last experience I had while in there just a week ago and shipped $50 worth of stuff out. ~Dane
