Awful experience needs more work concerning International services, I asked them to ship a package to Istanbul Turkey, so far in Istanbul for one month and doesn't deliver, they say need clearance, that the FedEx office they don't explain that clearly before shipping if I know there is clearance, I never shipping the package, so far I call the useless International Service, they do nothing, just talking without solving the problem. This will be the first and the last package for delivery with "FedEx. Bad service especially Internationally.

Fiance went in around 530pm today to ship a package and had a awful experience with only what I could describe as a "business assassin". The young man with curl hair, dirty nails and a rude attitude suggested that she "couldn't afford" to ship a $19 package and the post office might be able to cheaper if she "didn't have the money". I don't know who trained this kid but the entire experience according to her was not only embarrassing but lacked any form of customer service. I've been in sales for 16+years and if anyone who worked with me and acted like that in front of a customer I'd be sure to make sure the right people knew and it didn't happen again. Far cry from the last experience I had while in there just a week ago and shipped $50 worth of stuff out.

Used this office for the first time to ship a package. Specifically asked for 2-day delivery and the person working the counter wasn't paying attention. Charged me for overnight shipping instead. Rectified it before I left but shouldn't have happened in the first place.

The staff at the store on Sheridan/Delaware is AMAZING! In the last 2 days, they’ve saved my butt twice. I ordered the “expensive” invitations from an online company. I screwed them up. They were able to produce new invitations within 24 hours. THEN, after addressing the original envelopes by hand, I realized the new invites wouldn’t fit into the original envelopes. 🤦🏻♀️ I came in & they were able to cut them down to fit. I will NEVER order printed materials online again. I’ll be on Sheridan Drive with Justin at the Fed Ex store.

I really dislike when a company sends their products via FedEx because its always a hassle and they're the worst with shipping updates and accuracy. After struggling to get my package and figure out what was going on with it I stopped at this location twice, and both times the employees I interacted with were great. When I called earlier today the one guy Isiah was super helpful and kind on the phone and even offered to call me if my package arrived, and when it did he followed through with being helpful. Although I dislike FedEx as a company due to bad experiences, their employees at this location are great!

Wont be coming back. Had a package to ship on my break, came here, there was a line, only one person working at the counter, but I could hear someone else in the back. The employee was chatting away with the customer at the counter, seeing this huge line. Person behind me had told the employee he had a meeting to go to, and needed to use the copy machine but needed paper, the employee told him to wait. When I got to the counter, I was told that I had to repackage what I was shipping, and that it would be $17 for a box. $17 for a piece of cardboard?! The company I was shipping to told me the package needed to be in it's original packing and box, so I taped up the box fully. Even double taped it. The box was fine. There was no reason for me to have to repackage this. Trying to charge $17 for a box. Ridiculous!
