Run to another store if you cannot complete your transaction online and must go in person. This specific store stains the venerable reputation of the Verizon brand and what makes the company the A plus leaders in coverage and service. It would be advisable for the employees and especially the manager to be re-trained at a minimum. Regional leadership needs to be aware of their utter incompetence and strong distaste for doing their job and employing common sense. After TWENTY years of loyalty it may sadly be time to look at other carriers. It pains me even to say that. ~david

It's a shame there is no option for 0 stars.... You think your getting service for a good price, but that's only until you dial the wrong number to America.... Even thought I pay for unlimited calls to America I still received a enormous bill of a whopping $511.00 now that's not shekels, they said on the phone they will give me a $20 refund, that's not gonna help.... I'm canceling the credit card charge and so should all you guys that have an issue with this scam company... and adventually the credit card company will not let the store use credit cards any more... It is 100% illegal for them to charge your card without your permission.... If I have time and patience I may file a lawsuit ~Jake
