It's a shame there is no option for 0 stars.... You think your getting service for a good price, but that's only until you dial the wrong number to America.... Even thought I pay for unlimited calls to America I still received a enormous bill of a whopping $511.00 now that's not shekels, they said on the phone they will give me a $20 refund, that's not gonna help.... I'm canceling the credit card charge and so should all you guys that have an issue with this scam company... and adventually the credit card company will not let the store use credit cards any more... It is 100% illegal for them to charge your card without your permission.... If I have time and patience I may file a lawsuit

I'm beginning to wonder if TCS food cellphones and landlines is a scam. Our bills and service were fine for a few months and then the trouble started. The US number in our landline started and then we began receiving exorbitant bills. Customer service is impossible to deal with if you can even reach an English speaking human. Really disappointed.

TalknSave made it so easy to have service while in Israel! I had a 10 day trip in Nov with a women’s group and had no problems at all using the SIM card. My daughter went on a Birthright trip 2 weeks later and we were able to use the same SIM card and just purchased a new data plan. It was just as smooth for her. Thank you for making this so seamless. We never had a worry about staying in contact with family at home and had service throughout the country!

My special-needs son went to Israel for a Birthright trip, and TalknSave was recommended by the trip organizers. I ordered a SIM for my son's existing iPhone -- it came in the mail on time and worked very well when the swap was made in Israel. It was seamless for my son and provide him with plenty of GB of data for his trip, and I was not aware of any coverage issues. It was great, as it allowed me to keep tabs on his whereabouts, allowing me to travel vicariously along with him, as well as text him (iMessage) as needed. That was good enough that we never really needed to talk! It was a definite savings over the cost of an AT&T international plan. Swapping the SIMs was very easy, just popped the SIM in and that was it. Of course, I had to make sure that his AT& iPhone was unlocked, which it was. I did not have his local phone number forwarded, it was not necessary or even desirable for his trip. It all worked fine and I'd definitely do it again.

the phone service was great. when I got to Israel my phone didn't work with Israeli sim cards but the guy who helped me was really nice and ended up figuring it out for me! I will definitely use them again on my next Israel trip which is in a few months!

We had a wonderful trip to Israel. One reason was the positive experience we had with the TalknSave SIM cards, used by three of our family. I lost some Google Maps coverage in the Arava for a bit, but our phones were otherwise flawless.

Excellent service from the Toronto office. I just ordered a daily plan not a rental phone and the SIM card arrived promptly. There were clear instructions and it included 2 stickers with the israeli phone number. I put one sticker onto my phone and the other onto that of my grandson in case we were separated. The connection to mobileHOT was instant.
